HD 89744，又名BD+41 2076，SAO 43309、HR 4067，是一颗大熊座的恒星[1][2]，视星等为5.76，位于银经178.39，银纬56.39，其B1900.0坐标为赤经10h 16m 13.9s，赤纬+41° 56.39′ 14″。该恒星是距离地球约130光年的黄-白矮星。2000年4月以迳向速度法发现该恒星旁有一颗系外行星[4]。
HD 89744的质量是太阳的1.45倍，投影自转速度8.0 km s–1.[3]。
