乔治·阿姆斯特朗·卡斯特(英语:George Armstrong Custer;1839年12月5日—1876年6月25日),美国陆军军官,曾任第七骑兵团中校团长及义勇军英语United States Volunteers少将,以骁勇闻名。著有自传《我的平原生涯》。卡斯特原先是受到青睐的美国总统候选人之一。

卡斯特祖先居住在德国莱茵兰,在1693年左右移民北美

1839年生于俄亥俄州朱威特英语Jewett, Ohio,并在1861年西点军校炮兵科当届最后一名毕业,曾率领第七骑兵团参与美国南北战争,曾经以密西根骑兵五百人,歼灭一支南军骑兵旅,俘虏官兵七百馀人,1865年时,官拜少将

南北战争结束后,复级为正规军中校,率领第七骑兵团

美国淘金热风潮大起,白人拓荒,却时常遭到美国原住民印第安人猎首,于是卡斯特奉命进兵绥剿。

1876年6月25日,闻名美军的卡斯特参与北美印第安战争,自己率领两百馀骑兵与雷诺少校(Reno)、班廷上尉(Benteen)分兵三路,进攻蒙大拿州的黑山山谷,没想到雷诺与班廷遇阻退却,卡斯特及其所部遭印第安酋长疯马”、“红云”与“坐牛”率领的三千名印第安人战士伏击,弹尽阵亡(一说为自杀),是为小大角战役
