乔治·阿姆斯特朗·卡斯特（英语：George Armstrong Custer；1839年12月5日—1876年6月25日），美国陆军军官，曾任第七骑兵团的中校团长及义勇军少将，以骁勇闻名。著有自传《我的平原生涯》。卡斯特原先是受到青睐的美国总统候选人之一。

简述

卡斯特祖先居住在德国的莱茵兰，在1693年左右移民北美。

1839年生于俄亥俄州朱威特，并在1861年西点军校炮兵科当届最后一名毕业，曾率领第七骑兵团参与美国南北战争，曾经以密西根骑兵五百人，歼灭一支南军骑兵旅，俘虏官兵七百馀人，1865年时，官拜少将。

南北战争结束后，复级为正规军中校，率领第七骑兵团。

美国淘金热风潮大起，白人拓荒采金，却时常遭到美国原住民印第安人猎首，于是卡斯特奉命进兵绥剿。

1876年6月25日，闻名美军的卡斯特参与北美印第安战争，自己率领两百馀骑兵与雷诺少校（Reno）、班廷上尉（Benteen）分兵三路，进攻蒙大拿州的黑山山谷，没想到雷诺与班廷遇阻退却，卡斯特及其所部遭印第安酋长“疯马”、“红云”与“坐牛”率领的三千名印第安人战士伏击，弹尽阵亡（一说为自杀），是为小大角战役。
