长耳垂伞鸟（Cephalopterus penduliger）是一种分布在哥伦比亚西部及厄瓜多尔的伞鸟科鸟类。它们受到失去栖息地的影响，加上体型庞大而容易被猎杀，故现被列为易危。
雄性长耳垂伞鸟颈上有能够膨胀的肉垂，肉垂长35厘米及由很短的羽毛所覆盖。雌鸟的肉垂较为细小，约只有雄鸟的一半。
