史蒂芬·莫法特OBE（英語：Steven Moffat，1961年11月18日—），或譯作魔法特，[1]是一位蘇格蘭電視編劇和製片人。

莫法特首部電視作品是青少年電視劇《校園新聞編輯室》。受到本人離婚經歷的啟發，他創作了情景喜劇《玩笑之外（英語：Joking Apart）》[3]；而受到與電視製片人蘇·維特情感發展的啟發，後來又創作了情景喜劇《冤家成雙對》。寫這兩部感情劇之間，他還創作了校園情景喜劇Chalk，此劇是受本人擔任英語教育經歷的啟發。

作為一個畢生的《異世奇人》迷，在節目於2005年恢復播出後，在拉塞爾·T·戴維斯創作了幾集的劇本。2009年從第5季開始，莫法特接替戴維斯成為節目第5季開始的首席編劇和執行製片人[4]。他為史蒂芬·史匹柏導演的電影《丁丁歷險記》創作了部分劇本，後因於《異世奇人》的工作而交給他人繼續完成。他也基於夏洛克·福爾摩斯小說系列，聯合建立了電視劇《神探夏洛克》。

他獲得過不少獎項，包括英國學術電視獎（BAFTA）及部分《異世奇人》劇本的雨果獎。2012年，他贏得了BAFTA特別大獎。
