喬治·貝瑞·奧圖爾（英語：George Barry O'Toole）（1886年—1944年），生於美國俄亥俄州，是一名天主教本篤會神父，天主教激進派聯盟創始者，天主教輔仁大學創校校長。他是「基於宗教主張拒服兵役」（Conscientious objector）的重要闡釋者，其神職生涯始自於路易斯安那州的教區，亦曾於第一次世界大戰時任美軍神父。
教育事業[編輯]
他在聖文森學院（St. Vincent College）、賓夕法尼亞州的拉籌伯大學（Latrobe University）與薛頓丘大學教授哲學，也是的天主教輔仁大學首任校長，以及杜肯大學哲學系的領導人。
傳教活動[編輯]
他是天主教激進派聯盟的創始者，也是匹茲堡最早的傳教組織支援幹部，尤其重要的是創立了匹茲堡聖約瑟之家慈善醫院。
和平主義的活動[編輯]
在1939年，他斷定義戰將是不可能的，因為「全體徵兵制度的當代濫用」在很大程度上製造了無理的戰爭，此後他嘗試在參議院聽證會召開之前反對Selective Training and Service Act of 1940－－一場懸而未決的徵兵制度會議。
