弗雷德里克（英語：Frederick）是位於美國馬里蘭州弗雷德里克縣的一座城市，也是該縣的縣治所在。弗雷德里克是僅次於巴爾的摩和羅克維爾的馬里蘭州第三大城市。根據美國人口調查局2000年統計，共有人口52,767人，其中白人占77.04%、非裔美國人占14.74%、亞裔美國人占3.15%。2006年估計人口為58,882 人。[12]
