Windows Server
Windows Server是微軟發布的一系列用於計算機-服務器操作系統的品牌名，它包括所有以「Windows Server」為品牌發布的Windows操作系統。
首個使用此品牌發布的Windows服務器系統是Windows Server 2003。然而，Windows NT 3.1 Advanced Server為Windows的首個服務器版本。在此之後，還有Windows NT 3.5 Server、Windows NT 4.0 Server和Windows 2000 Server等非Windows Server品牌下的服務器版本。Windows 2000 Server為首個集成許多現階段流行功能的Windows服務器版本，包括Active Directory、DNS服務器、DHCP服務器和組策略等。

並非所有該品牌下的操作系統名稱都以Windows Server開頭。例如，截至目前，所有的Windows Server都有Windows Storage Server Edition版本。還有其他類似的例子，比如說Windows Home Server和Windows HPC Server。
微軟還發布了Windows Server Essentials（原先稱為Windows Small Business Server）和Windows Essential Business Server（已終止），軟件包提供了一個受限制的Windows Server操作系統及其他一些Microsoft Servers產品。[3][4][5]
