好漢兩個半第十季於2012年9月27日起在美國哥倫比亞廣播公司正式播映.[1]，從這季開始，好漢兩個半改為每周四晚八點半在生活大爆炸後播映[2]。

2012年5月12日，哥倫比亞廣播公司宣佈續訂好漢兩個半，並與該劇的三名主角阿什頓·庫奇、喬恩·克萊爾和安格斯·瓊斯續簽了一年合約[3][4]，但該劇的主創之一李·阿隆索恩決定退出劇組[5][4] 。2012年9月6日，主創查克·洛爾與華納兄弟電視公司簽訂了一年製作合約[6]。
批評[編輯]
2012年11月，作為主演之一的安格斯·瓊斯在進行採訪中批評該劇很「邪惡」，並請求影迷停止收看好漢兩個半[7][7][8]。好漢兩個半的前任主角查理·辛則稱瓊斯的批評並不是一個獨立事件，辛還批評了該劇的主創查克·洛爾，並認為他應該負首要責任[9]。在瓊斯接受採訪兩天後，他正式發表聲明，表示向自己不當的言論道歉，並稱這是一個誤會[10]。
