沃利·威斯特（英語：Wally West）是一個登場於DC漫畫的虛構超級英雄，是第三代閃電俠，於1959年出版的《閃電俠》漫畫第110期以「閃電小子」（Kid Flash）的身分出現[1]。於2011年5月6日威利·威斯特在IGN的排名上位居第八，成為前100強的超級英雄名單之一。在動畫《超人正義聯盟》、《正義聯盟無限版》中登場，在原漫畫中的正義聯盟成員應為第二代閃電俠巴利·艾倫。

為約翰·布魯姆和卡邁恩·因凡蒂諾將沃利·威斯特在《閃電俠》＃110（1959）中。正義聯盟的成員之一（動畫版），《國際正義聯盟》#24加入。
沃利初次登場是以閃電小子出場，他是一位留着紅髮的青年，巴利·艾倫的外甥，出生於內布拉斯加州蘭谷，年少時對身為閃電俠的巴利相當仰慕。在一次意外下，使他和巴利一樣被化學品濺中（雷擊意外）而得到高速走動的特殊超能力。無限地球危機時因為巴利利用自己的生命拯救地球，使得沃利繼承了他的意志而成為閃電俠，並使用了前者的衣服。
特徵是和歷代的閃電俠一樣穿着雙耳處有閃電造型的紅色套裝，身體中央有圓圈加閃電的標誌，有着一顆正義之心的青年。性格幽默風趣，有些孩子氣，在聯盟中總是表現出一副狀況外的樣子。和綠燈俠哈爾·佐敦感情相當要好。其超級英雄裝扮和巴利極為相似，但在腰帶和鞋子的部分不同。
閃點事件後，沃利因被吸進神速力而未在新52時期登場，直到《DC宇宙：重生》中才被唯一記得他的人巴利救出，之後直接以閃電俠身份回歸超級英雄生活。
在「閃電俠戰爭」事件中，沃利由於被逆閃電欺騙以為自己曾經的孩子因閃點事件影響而捲入神速力而決定回到過去，但由於巴利的阻止而發生爭執，隨後兩人在打鬥中不慎將神速力瓦解，而隨後得知了真相的沃利在瀕臨精神崩潰的邊緣而聽從超人的建議進入了超人、神奇女俠和蝙蝠俠共同創立的超級英雄心理治療庇護所。
在「危機中的英雄」事件中，沃利由於精神崩潰而誤將庇護所中的所有英雄殺死，隨後為了掩蓋真相而將五天後的自己掐死並帶回了現在。而事情的真相一直到了《危機中的英雄》#8中才有沃利本人說出真相。
