1870年初等教育法令

威廉·愛德華·福斯特

《1870年初等教育法》（Elementary Education Act 1870），又稱為《福斯特法令》（Forster's Education Act），適用於英格蘭和威爾斯所有5歲以上、13歲以下兒童的學校教育。該法案由英國自由黨下議院議員威廉·愛德華·福斯特草擬，1870年2月17日生效。

蘇格蘭

1872年，蘇格蘭也通過了類似的法案。
