AFI百年百大明星（英語：AFI's 100 Years...100 Stars）是美國電影學會（AFI）評選的百年百大系列榜單之一，意在選出美國電影史上最偉大的25位男性和25位女性銀幕傳奇影星。入選名單於1999年6月15日在CBS的特別節目上公佈，由莎利·譚寶擔任主持，並邀請50位當時的知名演員參與介紹。[1]

美國電影學會對「美國銀幕傳奇」（American screen legend）的定義為：曾在美國電影長片（時長在40分鐘及以上）中有重要戲份的演員或團體，其銀幕處女作於1950年或之前上映，或處女作首映於1950年之後但在其去世時已留有傳世佳作。換言之，此名單用以表彰在荷里活黃金時代有突出貢獻且廣受認可的演員。[1]

共有250位男性和250位女性演員獲得提名，再經美國電影學會評選得出最終名單。[2]其中影星堪富利·保加和嘉芙蓮·協賓分別位列最偉大的男、女演員榜首。[3]

入選影星以美國人為主，僅有13人生於美國之外，包括英國（差利·卓別靈、羅蘭士·奧利花、加利·格蘭、慧雲·李與伊莉沙伯·泰萊）、瑞典（英格烈·褒曼與葛麗泰·嘉寶）、法國（歌羅德·高露拔）、德國（玛莲·德烈治）、意大利（索菲婭·羅蘭）、比利時（柯德莉·夏萍）、羅馬尼亞（愛德華·羅賓遜）和加拿大（馬利·碧福）。[1]

名單公佈時仍在世的影星有嘉芙蓮·協賓、馬龍·白蘭度、伊莉沙伯·泰萊、格力哥利·柏、卻·德格拉斯、莎利·譚寶、羅蓮·比歌、索菲婭·羅蘭和薛尼·波達，而截至2022年10月，在世者僅剩索菲婭·羅蘭一人。[1]
