Mathcounts 是美國的一個給6－8年級中學生參加的數學競賽。從1983年開始，通過學校、地區、州級、國家級四級選拔，評選出一個個人冠軍和一個團體（州）冠軍。各級競賽分成三個階段：Target，Sprint，Team 和 Countdown。

在加拿大的卑詩省也有類似的競賽MathChallengers（英語：MathChallengers），起始於2004年，規則和 Mathcounts 略有不同。
