亞西西的聖方濟各聖殿（意大利語：Basilica di San Francesco d'Assisi）位於意大利中部小城阿西西，是亞西西的方濟各安葬之地和方濟各會的母堂。2000年被列為世界遺產，也是意大利重要的天主教朝聖地。這座聖殿始建於1228年，建在小山的一側，包括上教堂和下教堂，和安放聖方濟各遺體的墓穴，以及附屬的修院。對於接近亞西西的人而言，亞西西的聖方濟各聖殿是一個與眾不同的地標。上教堂的內部是意大利早期哥德式建築的重要實例。

上下兩座教堂裝飾以中世紀後期羅馬畫派和托斯卡納畫派眾多畫家所作的壁畫，包括契馬布埃、喬托、西蒙尼·馬蒂尼的作品。這些作品的範圍和品質使得這座聖殿成為這一時期意大利藝術發展的重要見證。
