北中央州立學院（英文：North Central State College）是一所二年制的技術學院，位於美國俄亥俄州的曼斯菲爾德。[1] 這所學校與俄亥俄州立大學曼斯菲爾德分校共用校地。這所學校提供職場上需要的兩年制學位和證書，領域包括商業，電腦，工程師，健康科學，公共服務，工業技術等等。這間學校建於西元1961年，當時名為曼斯菲爾德技術學校。[2]

這間學院與俄亥俄州多所四年制的大學有學分認同合作協議。這所二年制大學的學生轉到四年制的大學以後補齊學分就可以拿到四年制大學的學位。
