咽鼓管扁桃體
咽鼓管扁桃體（Tubal tonsil）又稱格拉赫氏扁桃體（Gerlach tonsil），為組成瓦爾代爾氏扁桃體環(Waldeyer's tonsillar ring)的四大扁桃腺群之一，其中包括有腭扁桃體(Palatine tonsil)，舌扁桃體(lingual tonsils)，咽扁桃體(Adenoid/pharyngeal tonsil)及"咽鼓管扁桃體"。
咽鼓管扁桃體非常接近咽鼓管圓枕(Torus tubarius)，[1] 這就是為什麼這種扁桃體有時也被稱為"咽鼓管圓枕扁桃體"(tonsil of torus tubarius)。[2] 咽鼓管扁桃體與扁桃體有等同的"圓環"(torus)，但是可能被視為不正確或不準確的稱呼。
咽鼓管扁桃體位於耳咽管的開口進入鼻咽(nasopharynx)的後方。[3]
