肌球蛋白輕鏈激酶（英語：Myosin light-chain kinase，MYLK 或 MLCK）是一類絲氨酸/蘇氨酸特異性蛋白激酶，通過磷酸化來調節II型肌球蛋白的輕鏈^[3]。

亞型[編輯]

現存四種MLCK亞型^[4]主要分佈於不同肌細胞：

MYLK – 平滑肌
MYLK2 – 骨骼肌
MYLK3 – 心肌
MYLK4 – 未知
