軟炸雞肉球

軟炸雞肉球 是一種由小塊雞胸肉沾麵粉油炸製成的食物,常見於歐美廉價中餐館。由於麵粉成分遠遠多於雞肉,每一塊雞球可以呈現完美的圓形。[1] 雞肉球可以被當做前菜或零食,最常見的吃法是在上面澆酸甜醬。

軟炸雞肉球是典型的西化中餐,是加拿大[2][3][4]、英國[5]和愛爾蘭的中餐外賣店必備菜式。這道菜最常見的做法是,把一小塊油炸雞胸肉丁裹在厚麵糊里,進油鍋炸。炸到外表焦黃,每塊雞球可達到兵乓球大小。上菜時在旁邊放酸甜醬和蘇梅醬,由食客酌量添加。
