Fusion Drive
Fusion Drive 是蘋果公司開發的一種數據儲存技術，這種技術融合了機械硬碟（HDD）和NAND快閃記憶體驅動器（SSD）[註 1]。它結合SSD驅動和機械硬碟為單獨的邏輯卷宗[1] [註 2]。系統會自動管理開啟最頻繁的應用程式、檔案、相片或者其他數據來儲存在SSD驅動器裏，而將很少開啟或者使用的檔案留在機械硬碟上[2]。例如經常使用電子試算表程式，系統將會自動將其移動到SSD驅動器上以讓用戶能更快的開啟。這將提升在執行磁碟密集型程式時速度[3] 。
適用產品[編輯]
蘋果宣佈2012年後的部分iMac和Mac mini型號可以使用 Fusion Drive 技術。作業系統僅支援OS X Mountain Lion或更新版本[2]。
