《初恋50次》（英语：50 First Dates）是一部2004年的美国浪漫喜剧电影，由彼得·席格（Peter Segal）执导。主演为亚当·桑德勒和德鲁·巴里莫尔。其中亚当·桑德勒出演一位海洋馆的兽医，是个花花公子；他与德鲁·巴里莫尔扮演的露西在餐厅内巧遇。其后亨利突然发现露西是一名因车祸导致的失忆症患者，这改变了亨利的处世态度。影片主要在夏威夷群岛摄制。
2018年日本翻拍成电影《第50次的初吻》。
