弗吉尼亚州第一国会选区（英语：Virginia's first congressional district）是美国弗吉尼亚州的一个国会选区，位于该州的东北海岸，但不包括德马瓦半岛。[5][6]
由于这个选区包括英国在北美洲第一个殖民地詹姆斯敦，故又被称“美国第一选区”（America's First District）。
本选区自1977年起一直支持共和党议员，自2007年起的当区议员为罗伯·维特曼。
