玛丽莎·安·梅耶尔（英语：Marissa Ann Mayer，/ˈmaɪər/，1975年5月30日—），美国资讯科技工程师、企业家。

毕业于斯坦福大学，符号系统(symbolic systems)学士，资讯工程硕士，专长人工智能。1999年加入Google公司，是Google第20位员工，也是Google第一位女性工程师。^[4]^[5] 玛丽莎·梅耶尔在Google工作的13年里曾任职工程师、设计师、产品经理、发言人以及公司副总裁。

2012年7月17日，雅虎（Yahoo）宣布由她出任首席执行官^[6]。在任内先后与微软（Microsoft）与威讯（Verizon）谈判收购事宜，最终于2016年5月正式敲定将雅虎的核心网络部门卖给威讯旗下的Oath公司、核心网络业务之外的其余资产在2017年6月16日组成Altaba公司。梅耶尔本人已在交易完成后于2017年6月13日正式从雅虎辞职。

离开雅虎之后，她与多年共事的同事Enrique Munoz Torres共同创办一家称为“Lumi Labs”的公司，这家公司座落于加州帕洛阿图（Palo Alto），将聚焦于人工智能与消费者媒体（consumer media）^[7]。
