河北鸟（学名Hebeiornis）是一属反鸟亚纲鸟类。其下只有丰宁河北鸟一个物种。
河北鸟的化石是在义县组发现，估计它们生存在巴列姆阶至阿普第阶早期，约1亿2500万至1亿2100万年前。[1]河北鸟是在中国森吉图发现的。[2]
河北鸟的完模标本并不能确定是否有足够的描述，或只是裸名。同一组化石后来于2004年被命名为细弱鸟。若河北鸟的命名有效，那细弱鸟就会是一个次异名。[3]
另外，冀北鸟亦有可能是河北鸟的次异名。
