西德尼·温特
西德尼·格雷厄姆·温特（英语：Sidney Graham Winter, 1935年—）是一位美国经济学家，宾夕法尼亚大学沃顿商学院荣誉退休教授，被认为是演化经济学复兴中的几个代表人物之一。

1935年生于艾奥瓦州艾奥瓦城，1982年他与理查德·尼尔森共同出版了An Evolutionary Theory of Economic Change一书，被引用达25,000余次。 Winter was Chief Economist of the US General Accounting Office (1989-1993). He won the Viipuri Prize for Strategic Management in 2008.
