阿布扎比国家石油公司（阿拉伯语：شركة بترول أبوظبي الوطنية‎；英语：Abu Dhabi National Oil Company，缩写为：ADNOC）是阿拉伯联合酋长国的国有石油企业。以产油量而言，为阿联最大[2][3][4]、全球第12大石油公司。[5]截至2021年，该公司的日产量超过400万桶，预计于2030年达到每日500万桶。[6][7]

阿布扎比国家石油公司的产油量于1990年代大致平稳，约为每日250万桶。2008年，产油量增至每日290万桶。由于该公司的保密状况以致其财务指标较难分析，但也有说法指其内部管理良好且高效率。[8]

阿布扎比国家石油公司系全球少数因气候变迁导致减产压力日渐增大下，仍进行大量投资以提高石油产量的公司[9]，同时也是2023年联合国气候变迁大会（COP28）的主办方之一。
