麦克阿瑟奖金（英语：MacArthur Fellows Program）是由麦克阿瑟基金会颁发的一个奖项，每年有代表性的奖励20至40名美国人或定居于美国的外国人，该奖是颁发给那些在各个领域、不同年龄“在持续进行创造性工作方面显示出非凡能力和前途”的人[1]。

根据基金会主页所述，该奖不是奖励过去的成就，而是奖励那些有创意、有胆识、有潜力的人。当前奖金是$500,000；截至目前基金会一共花去了$350,000,000。
