1994年北岭地震（英语：1994 Northridge earthquake）是发生于太平洋时区1994年1月17日早上4:30:55的一次矩震级6.7级地震[1]，属于盲断层地震，震央位于圣费尔南多谷地区的洛杉矶。
地震持续约10至20秒，其最高地面加速度1.82g为北美洲市区范围录得的最高纪录[2][3][4]。此次地震远至圣迭戈、拉斯维加斯、凤凰城等都能感受到[5]。而里纳尔迪接收站录得的最高地面速度为183 cm/s，是有纪录以来最快[6]。
该地震发生后又发生了两次6.0级余震，第一次为地震后约一分钟，第二次约为11小时后，是几千次余震当中最强的[7]。地震死亡人数为57人，超过9000人受伤[8][9]。经济损失估计为130亿至500亿美元（相当于2021年240亿至930亿美元），成为美国历史上经济损失最严重的自然灾害[10]。
