亞里士多塞諾斯

亞里士多塞諾斯（英語：Aristoxenus），（約活動於公元前4世紀後期），古希臘逍遙學派的哲學家之一。古典時期的首位音樂理論大家。出生於義大利南部他林敦（今塔蘭托），曾於雅典師從亞里斯多德和泰奧弗拉斯托斯。他的興趣廣泛，著作甚多，但傳世較少。除音樂作品外，其著述畢達哥拉斯、阿爾庫塔斯、蘇格拉底和柏拉圖等人傳記以及關於畢達哥拉斯倫理學的記述均僅存殘篇。他認為靈魂之於軀體猶如和聲之於一件樂器的各聲部。在音樂理論方面，他認為音階中的音符不應用數學比率判斷，而是應當使用耳朵判斷。他的作品現僅存《和聲學原理》及《韻律原理》等殘篇。其他部分經過後人搜集、整理，收入1945年出版的《亞里斯多德學派；正文和註解》的第二卷《亞里士多塞諾斯》。^[1]
