卡爾·路德維希·馮·布盧姆（德語：Karl Ludwig von Blume，荷蘭語：Charles Ludwig de Blume，1796年6月9日—1862年2月3日）為德國與荷蘭植物學家。
他出生於德國的不倫瑞克，畢業於萊頓大學。他一生幾乎都是在荷蘭和荷屬東印度群島度過的。他曾是荷蘭萊頓植物標本館的館長。
他曾經長期研究東南亞的植物，尤其對當時屬於荷蘭殖民地的爪哇的植物有很深的研究。從1823年至1826年，他曾擔任爪哇茂物植物園的農業部副主任。1855年，他被選為瑞典皇家科學院外籍院士。
荷蘭國家植物標本館的刊物以他命名為《布盧姆－植物分類學與植物地理學雜誌》。[1]
