支鏈胺基酸

支鏈胺基酸[1]英語Branched-chain amino acid)是指亮氨酸異亮氨酸纈氨酸三種分子結構中側鏈具有分支結構的胺基酸。在運動界常作為增強肌肉力量的補充劑。
