α-羥基酸（英語：α-Hydroxy acids 或 alpha hydroxy acids，縮寫AHAs）是一類有機化合物，也稱為2-羥基酸，是羧酸的2號位碳原子上的氫被羥基取代的產物，其中既有天然化合物也有人工合成的化合物，最簡單的α-羥基酸是乙醇酸。AHAs常用於化妝品行業[1] [2]。
