格陵蘭語(kalaallisut)屬於愛斯基摩-阿留申語系,主要在格陵蘭西部流通,與因紐特語和其他加拿大的原住民語言相近。
格陵蘭有 3 種方言,西部方言、東部方言和北部方言叫 Thule Inuit。格陵蘭語與因紐特語一樣,有大量的後綴,但沒有前綴和複合詞。
