美國移民暨歸化局（英語：Immigration and Naturalization Service）是美國昔日掌管移民暨歸化的政府部門，隸屬於美國司法部。其職能在2003年1月1日已經為美國國土安全部接收，其絕大部分機能分拆至國土安全部屬下的三個單位，即美國公民及移民服務局、美國移民及海關執法局（Immigration and Customs Enforcement）和美國海關及邊境巡查局。
