萊因哈特·舍爾（德語：Reinhard Scheer，1863年9月30日—1928年11月26日），德意志帝國海軍上將。

萊因哈特·舍爾於1879年加入海軍成為一名見習軍官，其後歷任巡洋艦和戰艦指揮官。第一次世界大戰爆發後，萊因哈特·舍爾擔任公海艦隊第二艦隊司令，後又擔任德意志帝國海軍裝備最新、戰鬥力最強的公海艦隊第三艦隊司令。1916年1月，萊因哈特·舍爾晉升為上將並受任為公海艦隊總司令。同年5月31日-6月1日，萊因哈特·舍爾率領公海艦隊參與了歷史上最大海戰之一的日德蘭戰役。

此戰後，萊因哈特·舍爾加入針對協約國的無限制潛艦戰。1918年8月，萊因哈特·舍爾出任海戰指揮部長兼海軍總參謀長，而弗朗茨·馮·希佩爾上將接替其在公海艦隊的職務。兩人曾計劃對英國艦隊發起最後攻勢，但因厭戰的水兵發動威廉港暴動而作罷。舍爾在第一次世界大戰結束後退役。

1919年，萊因哈特·舍爾編著的回憶錄出版，一年後又譯成英語並發行。1925年，萊因哈特·舍爾自傳出版。1928年，萊因哈特·舍爾在馬克特雷德維茨逝世，後葬於魏瑪。
