鼻中隔（Nasal septum）把人類鼻內分成兩半，形成兩個鼻孔。鼻中隔由篩骨，犁骨和四方形的軟骨組成。

鼻中隔一般為處在鼻內中央位置，但由於天生或者後天外傷可能導致鼻中隔彎曲，堵塞空氣正常經過鼻孔，一般不影響生活，但嚴重時可導致用鼻呼吸困難，經常流鼻血，和反覆炎症，需用手術治療。
