善意企業（Goodwill Industries International Inc.，簡稱Goodwill）是一個美國501(c)(3)非營利組織。該組織的目的是幫那些無法獲得工作的人提供工作培訓、就業安置服務和其他社區計劃。善意企業的資金來自於自身開設的舊貨店，這些舊貨店也是以非營利的方式運作[1]。
善意企業在韓國、委內瑞拉、巴西、墨西哥、巴拿馬、烏拉圭、美國國旗、加拿大等8個國家開展業務，在美國和加拿大的156個地方設有分支機構[2]。善意企業成立於1902年，1915年，該組織首次被稱為善意企業（Goodwill）[3]。
善意企業的標誌是一個字母G，它像一張笑臉。該標誌是由Joseph Selame於1968年設計[4]。
