粗沙鱗（學名：Trachyteuthis）是一屬已滅絕的頭足類。生存於中侏羅紀卡洛维期至晚白堊紀森諾曼期。其生活習性與烏賊相近，生活在海底，以甲殼類為食。[1]其化石分布於德國、英國、南極洲和智利等地。[2][3][4]

粗沙鱗屬的分類地位是不明確的，雖然牠們通常被置入幽靈蛸目之下，但在德國上侏羅統石灰岩地層中發現的化石化的粗沙鱗的喙表明牠們和八腕目具有密切的系統發育關係。[5][6]儘管如此，牠們很明顯至少屬於蛸亞綱。[7]牠們被認為與Teudopsis屬密切相關。[4]
