圓展科技股份有限公司（TWSE: 3669）是實物攝影機、互動式電子筆、安全監控系統和視訊會議產品的製造商。公司總部位於台灣新北市，在北美洲、南美洲、歐洲和亞洲設有分支機構或當地業務人員，服務全球消費者。圓展是全球前三大實物攝影機製造商，從2009年起，在美國和西歐的市占率皆位居第一。
公司歷史
A郭重松先生於1990年創立圓剛科技股份有限公司（AVerMedia Technologies, Inc.）。2008年一月，圓剛內一個部門獨立成立圓展股份有限公司 (AVerMedia Information, Inc.)，隸屬AverMedia集團。2011年七月一日，圓展脫離AverMedia集團，並更改公司英文名稱為AVer Information Inc.，採用AVer做為新的公司logo。

圓展科技股份有限公司全球總部位於台灣新北市。董事長兼共同創始人為郭重松先生，總經理為張永哲先生，財務長為康美雪小姐，執行副總裁為李曉林先生。
圓展在世界各地設有八個分公司（荷蘭、英國、法國、西班牙、中國、日本、泰國和美國）。美國分公司（AVer Information Inc. USA）是八個分公司中最大的一個，負責處理圓展在北美洲的業務。美國分公司目前由AVer Information Inc. USA的共同創始人及總裁Arthur Pait管理。
除了上述八個分公司外，圓展在義大利、德國、俄羅斯、土耳其、印度、馬來西亞、韓國、墨西哥和巴西都設有業務代表，服務當地消費者。此外，圓展產品行銷全球100個國家。
產品
圓展為全球簡報及教育解決方案，安全監控解決方案及視訊會議解決方案的主要供應商之一。圓展簡報及教育解決方案包含領先同業的實物攝影機AVerVision®及互動式電子筆AVerPen。圓展也開發出自有軟體A+互動式軟體（即AVer+），用來整合圓展簡報產品，搭配Flash plug-in免費外掛軟體可讓使用者在電子白板上觀看圓展實物攝影機的即時影像。
圓展開發全系列安全監控解決方案，包括類比、數位混合型NVR/DVR、NVR、IP攝影機和多款監控軟體解決方案。此外也為Android、Blackberry和iPhone/iPad使用者開發一系列的行動應用監看程式。圓展安全監控解決方案在2011年中以前以AVerDigi®名稱銷售。2010年十二月, 圓展推出H系列HD高畫質視訊會議系統，跨足視訊會議市場。該系統先前是以AverComm的名稱進行銷售。
