本列表記述的是紀錄中體重最重的人，該列表包含人物的姓名、最重體重、生卒年，及壽命。該表僅記錄體重高於440公斤者，相當於一輛輕型轎車的重量。鈴木Alto汽車甚至比紀錄上世界上最重的人輕100 kg，即共有7人處於最重體重時比該車還重。
