副球菌属（学名：Paracoccus）為红杆菌目副球菌科的一属好氧或兼性厌氧发酵型革兰氏阴性杆菌。原属红杆菌科，2022年建立副球菌科后，现归属副球菌科。
球状细胞。出现在土壤、天然和人工的盐水中。此属的模式种为脱氮副球菌(Paracoccus denitrificans)。
