美國的情景喜劇動畫劇集《南方四賤客》第二十三季於2019年9月25日在喜劇中心首播，至12月11日完結，共播出10集。[1]該季的第三集為總集數第300集，於2019年10月9日達到紀錄。與前幾季一樣，該季在第4集和第7集播出之後也有「黑暗星期」（意指沒有播放新劇集的星期）。在播出的前一週，特雷·帕克和麥特·史東亦有持續編寫、指導和剪輯每一集，兩人自1997年該劇首播以來便不斷創作。[2]

與前幾季相似，該季的前面六集的劇情具有連貫性，同時諷刺美國移民及海關執法局、2019年美國電影《小丑》、中華人民共和國審查制度、反疫苗運動、植物性飲食、唐納·川普、跨性別，以及傳統有線電視和串流媒體之間的競爭。

開發[编辑]

2015年7月8日，即距離第十九季首播的前兩個月，喜劇中心宣布他們已續訂後面的3季，共30集。此次續約是對帕克和斯通已簽訂的兩年合同進行補充，確認《南方四賤客》至少會播出到2019年。[2][3][4]而2019年9月12日，喜劇中心續訂了第二十四到二十六季，確認至少會播出到2022年。[5]

爭議[编辑]

2019年10月7日，新聞報導指出《南方四賤客》在中國的互聯網上被封殺，相關影視和論壇皆被刪除並關閉，因該季第2集〈中國樂隊〉內容大量涉及與中國相關的敏感議題。不久後特雷·帕克和馬特·斯通使用嘲諷的語氣發佈道歉文章。[6]
