吉恩·怀尔德（英語：Gene Wilder，1933年6月11日—2016年8月29日）出生于美国威斯康辛州密歇根湖畔的城市密尔沃基，是一个美国舞台和演员、导演、编剧、作家兼社会活动家。
生平
[编辑]1933年，怀尔德出生于美国威斯康辛州密尔沃基县密歇根湖畔的城市密尔沃基，父亲威廉·J，母亲珍妮，他的出生名字是杰里·西尔伯曼，擁有俄羅斯猶太血統。[1]
8岁时，怀尔德就对表演产生了浓厚的兴趣，那时候，他的母亲被诊断出患有风湿热，医生告诉他，试着让她笑。[2]
26岁时，他使用“吉恩·怀尔德”作为自己的名字，取名原因是因为他非常仰慕著名演员桑顿·怀尔德。
演艺生涯
[编辑]1960年代，怀尔德开始闯荡纽约百老汇，并且是纽约演员研修所成员。[3]
1967年，怀尔德的作品《雌雄大盗》奠定了他在美国电影界的地位，备受好评。[3]
1968年，怀尔德的作品《发财妙计》荣获奥斯卡金像奖最佳男主角的提名。[3]
1971年憑電影版《歡樂糖果屋》飾演威利·旺卡而成為他的代表作。雖然他是俄羅斯裔猶太人，但因為他也對法文、拉丁語、德語有認識，劇中旺卡的胡言亂語，是他後來加上劇本。
1974年，怀尔德和导演梅尔·布鲁克斯合作编剧并主演了《新科学怪人》，再次荣获奥斯卡最佳男主角的提名。[3]
2016年8月29日在美国斯坦福家中罹患阿尔茨海默病逝世，享年83岁。
