喬治·赫伯特·希欽斯（英語：George Herbert Hitchings，1905年4月18日—1998年2月27日）是一名美國醫生，他與詹姆士·W·布拉克及格特魯德·B·埃利恩共同獲得1988年諾貝爾生理學或醫學獎，以表彰他們「在藥物治療方面的重要原理之發現」；其中希欽斯特別因其對化療的研究而獲獎[1][2][3][4][5]。
