在職專班

在職專班(part-time student)為臺灣特殊的回流教育學制,種類涵蓋專科大學碩士甚至博士。專班中的學生年齡一般都比應屆生大,而且大多數都是已有工作經驗的社會業界人士。其學習方式與國外短期大學MBA等相似,但是本質與形式獨特的在職專班,現今最成功的學制屬於碩士層級。

在人數方面,以2003年為例,台灣共有77所大學院校開設在職專班,人數共達35,852人。
