奧利佛·米高·提摩太·奧多諾萬（英語：Oliver Michael Timothy O'Donovan，1945年6月28日—）是英國聖公宗牧師和學者，以研究基督教倫理聞名。他主要研究範圍是政治神學。他由1982年至2006年是牛津大學道德與教牧神學欽定教授（Regius Professor of Moral and Pastoral Theology）。他由2006至2013年是愛丁堡大學新學院基督教倫理與實踐神學教授（Professor of Christian Ethics and Practical Theology）。自2013起他是愛丁堡大學的榮譽教授。[1]

奧多諾萬於1945年6月28日出生於倫敦。[2]他是米高·法蘭西斯·奧多諾萬（Michael Francis O'Donovan，1906-1966）和瓊·克納佩·奧多諾萬（Joan Knape O'Donovan）的兒子。他父親較為人熟悉的名字是弗蘭克·奧康納，是著名的愛爾蘭作家，以短篇小說及傳記最為有名。[3]

他曾在牛津大學威克里夫學堂(1972-1977)和加拿大多倫多威克里夫學院（Wycliffe College； 1977-1982）教學。他曾當牛津大學的道德與教牧神學欽定教授和牛津大學基督堂座堂的法政牧師（1982-2006）。他是愛丁堡大學新學院的基督教倫理與實踐神學教授（2006-2013）及曾當其神學與公共事務中心（页面存档备份，存于互联网档案馆）（The Centre for Theology and Public Issues）的副總裁。現是該大學的榮譽教授。他也曾當基督教倫理研究會（Society for the Study of Christian Ethics）的主席。[1]
