奧蘭多榮耀（英語：Orlando Pride），是位於美國佛羅里達州奧蘭多城的職業女子足球俱樂部，創立於2015年10月20日，自2016年賽季開始參加美國女子頂級聯賽國家女子足球聯賽（NWSL）[1]。球隊的擁有者為波蘭裔美籍商人齊吉·威爾夫（英语：Zygi Wilf）與胞弟馬克·威爾夫（英语：Mark Wilf）、堂哥萊納德·威爾夫（英语：Leonard Wilf）三人共同經營，其中，馬克為球隊董事長，他同時兼任明尼蘇達維京人總裁和奧蘭多城足球俱樂部董事長[2]。奧蘭多榮耀是NWSL的第10支參賽球隊，也是美國東南部第一支代表球隊。其隸屬的男子球隊為美國職業足球大聯盟（MLS）奧蘭多城足球俱樂部，兩隊的主場場地皆為奧蘭多城體育場[3]。

奧蘭多榮耀目前的主場是位於佛羅里達州奧蘭多市中心的Inter&Co體育場，該球場於2017年3月啟用，當時名稱為奧蘭多城體育場，總共可容納2萬5500名觀眾（含安全站席區）。在此之前，球隊在2016年賽季使用露營世界體育場作為主場進行比賽，並於隔年隨著奧蘭多城足球俱樂部移師到奧蘭多城體育場[4]。

2016年4月23日，奧蘭多榮耀在一場對陣休士頓衝鋒的例行賽創下國家女子足球聯賽史上單場最多觀眾的紀錄，當時共有2萬3403人在露營世界體育場收看這場比賽[5]。這項紀錄維持了3年多，直到波特蘭荊棘於2019年8月在普羅維登斯公園以2萬5218人突破此紀錄[6]。
