威尔县（Will County, Illinois）是美國伊利諾伊州東北部的一個縣，東接印地安納州。面2,200平方公里。根据美國2000年人口普查，共有人口502,266人。縣治喬利埃特 （Joliet）。
成立於1836年1月12日。縣名紀念制憲大會成員、州議員康拉德·威爾。[1]
