希勒尔（希伯来语：הִלֵּל Hīllēl；又称 Hillel HaGadol 、 Hillel HaZaken、 Hillel HaBavli [1] 或 HaBavli[2]，据传约公元前110年生于巴比伦，公元10年死于耶路撒冷[3]）是一位犹太宗教领袖，与《米书拿》和《塔木德》的发展有关的Sage和学者，也是tannain的House of Hillel的创始人。
他因两句谚语广为人知。
If I am not for myself, who will be for me? And being only for myself, what am 'I'? And if not now, when? (如果我不为自己，谁会为我？而只为自己，'我'又是什么？如果不是现在，什么时候呢？)[4]
That which is hateful to you, do not do to your fellow. That is the whole Torah; the rest is the explanation; go and learn. (对你可恨的事，不要对你的同伴做。这就是全部的妥拉，其余的是解释，你去学习吧。)[5]
