抽签式民主(英語:Sortition)是一种通过在庞大的候选人群中随机抽取政府官员的统治方式[1]。 雅典式民主的主要特征是抽签式民主,抽签选举是在雅典中产生政府官员的传统方式,大多数政府官员通过抽签产生[2]。
尽管抽签产生的官员偶尔会犯错,抽签式民主可以防止有组织的政治操控和欺诈[3]。
