《控方证人》（英語：Witness for the Prosecution）是一部1957年的美国法庭剧情电影，由比利·懷德导演，泰隆·鲍华、玛莲娜·迪特里茜、查尔斯·劳顿以及埃尔莎·兰彻斯特主演。本片的背景设在伦敦的老贝利，改编自阿加莎·克里斯蒂的短篇小说，也是首部改編自阿加莎·克里斯蒂創作的影視作品，并在上映后頗受好評，贏得該年六項奧斯卡金像獎提名。本篇帶有黑色幽默元素，被認爲是少數超越阿加莎原作的改編。這部作品也是泰隆·鮑華生前最後主演的電影。

为了使结尾保密，比利·懷德没有给演员们最后十页剧本，直到拍摄那些场景时才给他们。这一手段可能导致瑪琳·黛德麗最终没有拿到奥斯卡奖，因为联艺公司不想让鸡尾酒女郎实为黛德麗假扮一事引起注意[6]。

本片受到了极其正面的评价[7]，目前在爛番茄网站上保持了100%的好评率[8]。《電視指南》杂志给本片打了四星（最高五星），评价道：“《控方证人》是对阿加莎·克里斯蒂热门话剧的一部风趣简洁的改编电影，由比利·懷德带着精巧和生命力搬上银幕。[9]”
本片获得六项奥斯卡奖提名但无一获奖，分别是最佳影片、最佳导演、最佳男主角（查尔斯·劳顿）、最佳女配角（埃尔莎·兰彻斯特）、最佳剪辑和最佳混音[10]。兰彻斯特最终获得了金球奖最佳女配角奖。
本片进入了AFI百年百大驚悚電影和AFI百年百大英雄與反派榜单提名名单但落选[11][12]，成功入选了AFI十大類型十大佳片中的法庭剧情片类第6位。
