木村陽二郎（日語：木村 陽二郎／きむら ようじろう，羅馬化：Kimura Youjirou，1912年7月31日—2006年4月3日），日本植物學家、科学史家，專攻單子葉植物的生物分类、金絲桃屬（Hypericum）的日本特有植物物種。師從中井猛之進，東京大学名誉教授、日本中央大學教授，1983年退休。
